A T & T Awards Solomon Coles $400,000 Grant
AT&T has awarded Solomon Coles High School an Aspire High School Success Grant that will target students during the critical ninth grade year, which is when many students drop out of school. The funds from AT&T will allow SCHS to expand and enhance their ninth grade Horizon Academy, by offering students a smaller learning community and intensive instruction in reading and math, as well as other services. AT&T's contribution will be recognized by renaming the Horizon Academy the AT&T Horizon Academy.
